Client Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Relaxed to Bliss, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service. In order to ensure the highest level of service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

1. Cancellation within 24 Hours or No-Show:

   • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice (no call, no show), a $25 rescheduling fee will be required to secure your next appointment.

2. Massage Package Clients:

   • If you are using a massage package and cancel within 24 hours or are a no-show, one session will be deducted from your package as the cancellation/no-show fee.

3. Payment of Fee:

   • The rescheduling fee must be paid at the time of rescheduling. Accepted payment methods include:
     • Zelle: relaxedtobliss@gmail.com
     • CashApp: $Relaxedtobliss
     • Credit Card
