You will receive your full 60/90/120 minute session. Some sessions may run over time to allow time for dressing, consultation and to accommodate any extra work your body may need. You will not be charged for any of the extra time spent but please plan your time accordingly.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
Penatal / Pregnancy Massage

All you need is your workout gear or lounging gear or some old shorts and T shirt you have laying around the house to get those muscles loose and feeling superb again. Let us introduce you to Total Body Stretch. Total Body Stretch is a wellness method used to stretch out your entire body to help you increase your mobility, improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion. Whether you are an athlete looking to get loose before or after a hard workout or an average every day person just looking to get your muscles loose from the stresses of life, Total Body Stretch will help you to achieve that goal. We will assist you through a series of 10 stretches that will stretch you from top to bottom, helping your muscles reach their maximum flexibility. In addition with a massage, the Total Body Stretch prepares your body for the massage by loosening tight muscles and making the fascia easier to penetrate. This all leads to your goal as well as ours which is total body wellness and helping you reach your pinnacle of Bliss.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy uses plant materials and aromatic plant oils, including essential oils, and other aroma compounds for the purpose of altering one's mood, cognitive, psychological or physical well-being. It can be offered as a complementary therapy or as form of alternative medicine. The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing. It is used for a variety of applications, including pain relief, mood enhancement and increased cognitive function. There are a wide number of essential oils available, each with its own healing properties.
60 Minute Package
Included in this package you will receive (5) 60 minute massage sessions for the price of 4. So you'll receive 5 total hours of massages for only $240. You can choose when you would like to use the sessions so you do not have to schedule the sessions consecutively. Please call ahead of text if you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointments. If you schedule an appointment and you do not call or text ahead of the time of your scheduled appointment to notify us that you need to reschedule or cancel, we will deduct 1 session from your total amount of sessions left in your package. 90 Minute Package
Included in this package you will receive (5) 90 minute massage sessions for the price of 4. So you'll receive 7.5 total hours massages for only $320. You can choose when you would like to use the sessions so you do not have to schedule the sessions consecutively.
